Refund policy
We are dedicated to providing a 6 months return policy. This means you have 6 months from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return

Handling Damages and Issues
We urge you to inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchange Process
For a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For order cancellations, we have a 12 hour window since the order was placed, we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please reach out as soon as possible to cancel your order.
We are committed to help customers whatever the case, they can always reach out to us to issue a refund or help with any other problem regarding their order payment, in that line, this policy states that orders will be cancelled for customers who presented a chargeback with their bank before their order is delivered. Exceptions can happen case by case to find the best solution possible for the customer.
Additionally, while we strive to help customers with everything related to their order that's even out of our control, refunds will not be issued for wrong or incomplete shipping addresses that result in unsuccessful deliveries for local post offices. Please reach out to us if you can't find your package and need help contacting your local post office.
